PTO Officer Positions

If you are interested in volunteering for a PTO officer position for the upcoming 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years, please contact Karen Sanford, current PTO President, at 501/201-0067. The positions run for two consecutive years. It requires a lot of time and commitment after hours. You will be working closely with the school. Deadline for calling or texting is Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 3:10 p.m. Voting by private ballot will take place in Mrs. Sanford’s room (old school cafeteria) Wednesday, May 16, 2012, no later than 5:30 p.m.
 


Congratulations to all those who participated in Economics Arkansas Stock Market Game. Third place team winners in our region are Lyndon Little, Destiny Metcalf, Hunter Mooney-Smith, and Matt Matlock. Second place team winners in the region AND overall in the state are Danielle Smith, Keely Burress, Martina Andrew, and Kristian Pendergrast. Finally, first place team winners in the region AND overall state champions are Amber Stewart, Makayla Kissinger, and Patricia Wade.

The Bradford Sr. Beta Club attended the Arkansas Sr. Beta Convention on January 27th and 28th, 2012. The Bradford Sr. Beta Club participated in several competitions while at the state convention. Loren Snook (left) placed 3rd in Special Talent. Brendon Lantz (middle left) won the Science competition. Sarah Reed (middle right) completed the art work portion, and Ashton Barron (right) completed the write-up portion, and they placed 3rd in the Banner competition. Brendon Lantz qualified to attend the National Beta Convention that will be held June 27th – 30th, 2012 in Greensboro, NC.
